Our Foundations class is a 45-minute introductory Reformer Pilates session designed for those new to Pilates, returning after a break, or seeking a slower, more guided approach.
In this small-group class (maximum of four clients), we re-imagine the classical Pilates repertoire with a contemporary, strength-focused twist. Each movement is taught with clear explanation, precise cueing, and thoughtful progression, allowing you to build confidence, coordination, and control from the ground up.
Expect a supportive pace, intelligent programming, and personalised guidance as you develop strong movement foundations, improve body awareness, and feel more at ease on the reformer — setting you up to transition confidently into our Reformer 2 classes.

A dynamic, strength-driven 45-minute Reformer Pilates class suitable for all experience levels. Our small-group format allows for individual coaching, ensuring exercises are progressed or modified to support your goals and ability.
Expect high-intensity, low-impact movement that challenges your entire body while improving strength, control, coordination, and endurance. This class is designed to push you — intelligently — so you leave feeling stronger, more capable, and energised.
prenatal group reformer
A supportive, low-impact 45-minute Prenatal Reformer Pilates class designed for all stages of pregnancy. Our small-group format allows for individual guidance, with exercises thoughtfully modified to suit your body, stage, and needs.
Expect controlled, strength-focused movement that supports your deep core, pelvic floor, posture, and mobility. This class is designed to help you move confidently and comfortably, leaving you feeling strong, supported, and connected to your body.
